Privacy Policy

1. Scope and data controller

The service provider and data controller under this policy is KuonSports (Kubilay Yalçın). Questions, requests, and privacy inquiries may be sent to info@kuonsports.com.

KuonSports is a software service that provides analysis based on historical sports data. It does not accept real-money bets or place bets on behalf of users.

2. Data we process

Account and identity data

• An anonymous user identifier created by Firebase when the service is used as a guest.
• If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, the user identifier, email address, and name made available by that provider.
• Account type, Premium entitlement, and service-specific user identifier.

Subscription and transaction data

• Product identifier, platform, transaction/subscription status, and the store receipt or verification token required to validate a purchase.
• KuonSports does not receive payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Usage, analysis, and technical data

• The analysis type, analysis inputs, and sports/market selections sent to the server so that the service can return results.
• Limited app analytics events such as feature interactions, analysis type, and user plan.
• App version, operating system/platform, language preference, notification permission, and Firebase Cloud Messaging device token.
• App-instance/device identifiers and, where permitted by the platform, an advertising identifier used for analytics and campaign measurement; approximate country or region derived from IP address.
• Standard server logs such as IP address, request time, response status, and related security or troubleshooting data.
• Language, saved selections, and some preferences may be stored locally on your device.

KuonSports does not request contacts, photos, microphone access, precise location, health data, or payment card information.

3. How we use data

• Create and protect guest or persistent user sessions.
• Process analysis requests and apply daily usage limits and Premium access.
• Validate and restore Apple/Google store subscriptions and match them to entitlement status.
• Send service notifications when the user grants permission.
• Measure app performance, feature usage, and campaign results, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents and comply with legal obligations.

Personal data from the mobile app is not used to track users across other companies' apps or websites, and personal data is not sold.

4. Service providers and data sharing

Data may be processed by the following provider groups only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Google Firebase: authentication, anonymous sessions, notifications, and limited app analytics.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store subscriptions, and purchase verification.
• Google: Google Sign-In, Google Play subscription verification, and website measurement.
• Infrastructure providers: technical providers such as Hetzner and Cloudflare used to operate KuonSports servers, databases, secure connections, and the website.
• Authorities: when required by applicable law or a valid official request.

KuonSports requires service providers with access to personal data to maintain privacy and security protections equal to or stronger than those described in this policy and required by applicable law. Data is not rented or sold to unrelated third parties.

5. Website, cookies, and measurement

kuonsports.com may use browser storage and measurement tools such as Google Analytics/Google Ads for page usage, campaign performance, and technical security. These tools may process browser, device, approximate region, referring page, and interaction information.

You can delete or block cookies and website data through your browser. Doing so may require you to reset certain language and session preferences. This Privacy Policy page does not run advertising or analytics tags when opened directly.

6. Data retention and deletion

• Account data: retained while the account is active or for as long as necessary to provide the service.
• Subscription and transaction records: may be retained as needed for entitlement verification, fraud prevention, and mandatory financial or legal recordkeeping.
• Notification tokens: deleted or invalidated when notification service or the account relationship ends.
• Technical logs: kept for a limited operational and security period; de-identified aggregate statistics may be retained longer.
• Backups: deleted data may remain for a limited period until routine backup cycles complete and is not restored for active use during that period.

Account holders can use Account → Delete Account in the app to permanently delete their KuonSports account, Premium entitlement record, and associated user data. This cannot be undone. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; active subscriptions must be managed separately in store settings.

Limited records that must be retained for legal obligations, disputes, or fraud prevention may be kept only for the applicable period. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their respective policies.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data and to withdraw consent.

• Notification permission can be disabled in iOS or Android settings.
• Apple or Google account connections can be managed in the relevant provider's account settings.
• Your account and associated data can be deleted through Delete Account in the app.
• Other access, correction, or deletion requests may be sent to info@kuonsports.com.

We may request reasonable verification to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access to another person's data.

8. Security and international transfers

KuonSports uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS transport, authentication tokens, access controls, and limited authorization. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Providers such as Firebase, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and Hetzner may process data outside Türkiye. In those cases, provider agreements, security measures, and applicable data protection rules govern the processing.

9. Children's privacy

KuonSports is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe such data has been processed, contact us to request deletion.
